Q:Can I open it?

A:Yes, there is a latch on the side of the bookshelf.

Q:Can I open the mini book?

A:No, it's just a blank foam block, can't be opened, no text.

Q:What are the blank foam block dimensions?

A:book size:Height 0.87''/ thickness 0.12''/ width 0.55'' ,there is a slight deviation between each one.

Q:Can I customize the mini book that I want?

A:It's not possible yet, we haven't found a complete book list yet, but we are gradually improving it.

Q:How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

A:If the order is marked for pre-sale, the preparation time will be approximately 2-3 weeks. If it is in stock, the order preparation time is about 3-5 days. We will ship in order according to order.

Q:Why didn’t I receive confirmation message after I placed an order?

A:Please confirm whether the email address you used when placing the order is the same as the one you are using. If the information is correct, please check your spam email. Thank you.

Q: Can I change my order once it's placed?

A:although, we wish we could accommodate all changes…we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. However, if your order is not yet shipped out, feel free to contact us and we will happily cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item. For orders that have not been shipped, please send the change information directly to avoid secondary communication affecting the delivery speed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to most countries in the world.

Q: Is my personal information safe?

A: We do not share customer information with any 3rd parties. The only information we use is your email address and shipping address to ship your order and contact you if necessary. Payment information is never stored on our website.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our policy lasts 15 days from the delivery date. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For more information view our return policy.
